I used Athena 7 minute lift for a week. It did have instant results to a certain point, but I had to look straight ahead and not move my eyes for 7 minutes. After the 7 minutes it did seem to get rid of a most fine lines, and make the skin around my eyes feel and look stiff. As the day went on, my normal smiling made lines appear that weren't there before, or the ones that were there didn't look "fine" anymore, they looked deep. I tried to use it for a week to see if it would get any better, but it didn't.
